To apply, participants must complete a financial aid application form and provide supporting documentation, such as tax returns or pay stubs, proving the family’s financial situation. Applications for financial aid are open until February 17th, 2026 (11:59pm PST) , and decisions will be communicated to applicants by February 21st, 2026.
How to Apply
- Complete the application form↗ with your personal information and proof of income.
- All documents must be submitted before the deadline, which will be communicated on the website and through email notifications.
What Financial Aid Covers
The financial aid only applies to the $50 registration fee. Please note that it does not cover other expenses.
Applications will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the outcome before the registration deadline by February 21st, 2026. Our goal is to ensure that all eligible students have the opportunity to participate in the ILO without financial barriers.
